1. The very first document needed for applying Aadhar Card is the “Aadhar Application Form”.
After Download & Print the Aadhar Application Form, these important points should be kept in mind :
(a) The first thing to keep in mind is the Enrollment Center. Fill-up the enrollment center right and clear in your Aadhar Application Form.
(b) At the Aadhar enrollment Center you need to provide your Eye-Scan, Fingerprints and a Passport Size Photo (which will be captured at the enrollment center by the volunteers)
(c) After the process of (b), a temporary slip or receipt of Aadhar will be given to you as an acknowledgement.
(d) After the temporary slip or receipt of Aadhar and if all the data and information match and verify based on your given details, your Aadhar will be send to your given address by post.
